Alternative Provision at Oakwood Education

At Oakwood Education, our mission is to help young people reconnect with learning by building confidence, curiosity, and opportunity. As an alternative provision, we combine therapeutic, activity-based approaches, such as land-based studies, outdoor learning, animal care, art, and sport, with tailored academic support. Through supportive relationships, we recognise individual strengths, nurture potential, and use real-world experiences to empower young people to re-engage, discover new possibilities, and move toward a future they can be proud of.
